Welcome to my home ♥

I'm a staying-home mother with three bundles of blessings. I find baking therapeutic & addictive, one of the pleasures in life.

It all started two years ago under the influence of my boy, Jun. He wanted to learn baking then. Sending him for baking classes created exposures of this wonderful hobby for me and also created many treasurable moments baking with my children.

What ultimately driven me was i wanted to leave sweet memories especially during their growing up years for my children. Just like that signature dish from my parents till date i hold in my heart.   I wanted to create such symbolic love with my children. Since, I make it special every of their birthday, they will receive a birthday cake specially from me, a signature of mummy's love for them.

It's heartwarming whipping & mixing, seeing it metamorphose into beautiful, hearty bakes. Simply loves the fragrance that waft the house and most satisfactory, seeing my loved ones savour my bakes of love. There is somthing undeniably special about home-baking. It combines many pleasures, creativity & pride in the process of making.

Not much elaborate gateaux as compared with just a honest sponge in simple approach with quality & accessible ingredients in my pantry. With a little creative touch, home-bakes can just as succulent to enjoy at the comfort of home sweet home.

Every recipe shared were tried & tested in my cosy kitchen, per se my very own equipment which may at times yield different results for some. Tho i'm no expert to pinpoint or troubleshoot since i still have my tales of occasional catastrophic kitchen-mishaps, however i'll be glad to share the knowledge i have.
