Can't not 相思 when I saw so many bloggers posting their 相思 cakes. Do you have to invert the cake to cool as soon as it comes out from the oven? like the chiffons?
What are you waiting then ;) I did invert to cool on the rack right away when I took it out from oven.
That means I can't use a non-stick pan then? Did you use a cake tin with a removable base? Thanks.
